Ethereal Eve Creations was founded in 2021 by Thando Nkosi, with a passion for celebrating the beauty, versatility, and uniqueness of Black women’s hair.


We believe that hair is more than just a style, it’s your crown, your story, and your power. Protecting your hair doesn’t mean you have to hide it. At Ethereal Eve Creations, we encourage you to confidently flaunt your beauty while nurturing your natural locks.

📌 Store refund Policy — Ethereal Eve Creations

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.



1. Returns & Exchanges


Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:


You received the wrong item, or The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.


In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order ( no later than 7 days ) via email , and include an unboxing video , clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please note that we can not proceed with the processes without an unboxing video or images of the defective / incorrect items.


the exchange process will only commence once you send the incorrect / defective item back within 7 days . Should you fail to do so please kindly note that we will not be able to continue with this process.


2. Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–11 business days to your original method of payment.If rejected, we will return the product to you at your own cost.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Opened or used hair products

Sale or promotional items

Custom-made or special-order items

products damaged in the hands of the customer

incorrect units that have been worn or damaged

4. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund within the stated period, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us directly.


5. Shipping Costs


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.


Please kindly note we will not be held liable for any losses under the hands of the courier . The delivery method you pick is your responsibility, we can not be held accountable for the losses caused by the service you picked .

failure to collect your parcel from your selected Paxi point will result in the parcel being discarded, once it is discarded we will not be held responsible as it is the customers responsibility to ensure they collect it before they discard of it .

should you fail to collect the parcel and it gets sent back to the origin store , please kindly note you will be required to either pay another delivery fee of your choosing or lose the package.


6.Lost parcels

If your PAXI parcel is lost, first check its status using the Real-Time Parcel Tracking tool. If it shows as missing, contact support via WhatsApp (021 010 1574) or call 086 000 7294 to log a claim. 


Base coverage for lost parcels is R500. If your items were of higher value, you can claim up to R2,500 (R10 voucher) or R5,000 (R20 voucher) if additional insurance was purchased within 7 days of sending.

If you would like to purchase additional insurance please do email before purchase or add a tip and let us know on the customer comment section that you would like to order additional coverage for your purchase .


PAXI Insurance

All PAXI  parcels are covered up to R500 for parcel losses. If you are sending items of higher value you can get peace of mind by buying additional loss parcel insurance. Buy an insurance voucher for R10 which will give you up to R2500 cover or R20 for up to R5000 cover. PAXI parcel insurance vouchers must be activated within a 7 day period from purchase date. One voucher claim per parcel. Submit parcel claims directly through the PAXI WhatsApp menu +27 21 010 1574


Courier guy is not insured for any losses, please kindly note that this shipment method is strictly at your own risk

🚚 Shipping & Delivery



Orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.All orders are placed online only. We do not offer: Uber Connect or other courier pickups or in-person collections or meet-ups or Same-day/rushed deliveries


We appreciate your patience and recommend ordering ahead of time if you need your item by a specific date.


🚫 Returns & Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on items that have already been packaged or shipped.


If you receive the incorrect product, we’ll be happy to assist , simply follow these steps:


Contact us within 3 days of delivery via our customer support email .Include clear proof, such as an unboxing video taken as you open the package (this is required to process any claims).The product must be unworn, uncut, and in original condition.


If these conditions are met, you may be eligible for:


A full or partial refund (up to 50%), depending on the product’s condition.


Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exchanges will be done in the event that an incorrect product or factory default product has been sent to you .

please ensure the product is not altered in anyway . Product should not be worn either .

please send us a video of what you ordered vs what you received via our email .


to exchange ; we will need you to send the incorrect / faulty unit back for inspection and thereafter we will assess and send you the correct unit . Please kindly note that this is a long process , apologies for the inconveniences caused .

— Pep PAXI offers a convenient and affordable parcel delivery service in South Africa, allowing you to send and receive items across the country. Here’s how you can utilize PAXI for home delivery:


🏬 Sending a Parcel to Paxi

PAXI offers a 3-5 business day delivery service , its idea for sending parcels between paxi points . It costs R120 without additional insurance.


Please note that there’s a large bag for large orders and it also takes 3 to 5 Business days . This is recommended for large orders.


PAXI offers a 7–9 business day delivery service, which is ideal for sending parcels between PAXI Points . This service is available for store-to-store services . This is our cheapest option . It costs R70 without additional insurance.

✅ Daily Maintenance

Reduce thickness : Blends and syntheticas tend to be thick , use shearing scissors to reduce thickness and this will minimise tangling

Detangle Gently: Always use a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid breakage.Avoid Friction: Minimize rubbing against clothing, especially around collars and scarves, to prevent tangling.

✅ Washing Routine

Wash After 10-15 Wears or when product build-up is noticeable.Use lukewarm water (never hot).Use a mild shampoo and gently lather. Do not rub or twist the hair.Rinse thoroughly and apply a light conditioner. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing.

✅ Drying Tips

Air dry on a wig stand or hang it naturally. Avoid towel rubbing.If you must use a hairdryer, set it to cool or low heat only.

✅ Heat Styling

Only use heat tools below 180°C (.Always apply a heat protectant spray before styling.Limit heat styling to preserve the integrity of the fibers.

✅ Product Usage

Avoid heavy oils and greasy products. They can weigh down synthetic fibers.Use lightweight serums or leave-in conditioners formulated for synthetic or blended hair.

✅ Storage

Store on a wig stand or in a silk/satin bag when not in use to maintain shape and reduce tangling.
